I’ve followed certified trainings in behavioral analysis and individual coaching. I accompagne individuals in their managerial comportment, their management of emotions and their improvement of performance. In this context, i’ve been aware of the need to combine the body work with the mental work. So i graduate, as a Qi Gong teacher and i propose now to work for the relaxation of the body that will permit to release the mind. The release or the setting free or the deliver or the discharge of muscular tensions and pain can be obtained by using breathing techniques, by promoting positive images to activate the whole body energy.
